All sessions begin with an intake discussing your objective for the session, any medical issues, and pressure preferences. I will create and blend a custom session just for your body that may include techniques from multiple modalities such as Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT), Deep Tissue, Circulatory/Swedish, Sports, myofascial release, stretching and traction, Hawaiian Lomilomi, Thai, accupoints, TuiNa, GuaSha/scraping or cupping.
